I got them open with Extra Options mod. You press F5 in the car lot and it basically turns unlockallthings on. All locked cars are open and you can buy all stage 4 parts. Try with this . Normally, it should work for any cars. So is there any way to set the original prices of the dlc cars in place when using the NFSPS Extra Options mod? I wouldnt mind to do some manual editing work with a modtool. But lets say hexediting and finding out myself which parts i need to hexedit would be a bit much.
